Mr. Vinerack, also known as Larry Stern, is a custom wrought iron vine rack (ie "vine rack", not wine rack) builder from New Jersey. The former owner of a local liquor store, Larry came up with the idea to create his masterpieces in 1989 after asking local customers why they didn't like the commercial wrought iron bottle racks that he gave away as promotions.
