Hydraulic Press Machine Parts:

Hydraulic press: Definition, spare parts, types, functional principles, applications, advantages and disadvantages (with PDF)

This machine was developed in the 17th century (1795). The hydraulic press was invented by Joseph Brahma. Joseph Brahma is based in England.

Joseph Bramacha also developed everyday life with things like toilets.

Today we will get to know the spare parts and types of hydraulic press machines and also explain the specifications, applications, advantages and disadvantages of these hydraulic press machines to you. So let’s move on to the definition of a hydraulic press machine. You can also get the information about hydraulic press via https://www.macrodynepress.com/hydraulic-presses/

Hydraulic press machine definition:

A hydraulic press machine is a press machine that generates compressive force using a hydraulic cylinder.

A hydraulic press is a tool that can lift heavy categories with less force.

This is based on Pascal’s law.

Pascal’s law states that the intensity of pressure in a static fluid is transmitted equally in all directions.

Hydraulic press machine parts:

The hydraulic press consists of the following parts:

Security door

Limit switch

Manual control valve

Electric control box

Safety valve

Pressure indicator

Hydraulic cylinder

machine

Oil tank

Press the plate

Rescue department

Security door:

A security door is like a correction door, if any accessories are damaged, then from this door we can repair it.

Limit switch:

It is a switch that prevents an object from moving in a mechanism to a predetermined point which is mechanically controlled by the movement of the object itself.

Manual control valve:

Operation is controlled manually via a valve.

Safety valve:

If the pressure is far above the limit, this valve is used to vent or control the pressure

Pressure display:

This is set up for pressure measurement.

Hydraulic cylinder:

It is a mechanical drive mechanism used to apply unidirectional force through one-way travel.

Oil tank:

Hydraulic oil is stored and supplied here.

Press plate:

The main activity in pressing the plates is to apply pressure to these objects and plates with high strength.

Rescue compartment:

Here the blank is placed and pressed according to the desired shape and size.

The working principle of the hydraulic press:

The hydraulic press works in the following steps:

This is based on Pascal’s law. Pascal’s law states that the intensity of pressure in a static fluid is transmitted equally in all directions.

The hydraulic press consists of two cylinders of different diameters. One cylinder is large in diameter and contains a frame while the other cylinder is small in diameter and contains a piston, as shown in the following figure.

The two cylinders are connected by a pipe.

Cylinders and tubes contain a fluid through which pressure is transmitted.

When a small downward force f is applied to the piston, pressure is created on the fluid in contact with the piston.

This pressure is transmitted evenly in all directions and works upward on the RAM, as shown in the figure.

Then the heavier load placed on the ram is lifted
