Indoor Care Of Rhaphidophora tetrasperma

Raphidophora Tetrasperma is a fast-growing vining plant like the famous Monstera form. This is one of the fastest-growing varieties of aroid which is desired for its unique fenestrated leaves. Sometimes it is also called “Dwarf Monstera” or “Monstera Ginny” as it resembles the Monstera deliciosa.

Light

The Raphidophora Tetrasperma, a fast-growing plant, originated in tropical areas.  It grows on trees that are shaded from the direct sunlight by the leaves above. You should therefore give your Rhaphidophora Tetrasperma bright and filtered light. It doesn't like being in the full sun all day.

Although it can survive in low light locations, it will not grow quickly and produce little foliage if there is too much light. Pay attention to small leaves in winter. This is the sign that your plant needs more light.

Water

The soil of a mini monstera should be kept moist. It is especially important when the mini monstera is active growing in spring or summer.

Remember that moist doesn't necessarily mean soggy. Do not overwater your plants. You can use lukewarm water to ensure that you don't shock the roots of your plants with a cold shower.

Propagation

Water propagation can be a great way to grow more plants. The Rhaphidophora Tetrasperma is an excellent candidate. It can grow so fast, so you may need to trim your plant to prevent it from becoming leggy.
